In the eye of the storm

In the NHS we must be prepared to face human tragedies, often featuring organisational failure or shortcomings, with implications that can be enormous and upsetting.  Our expert panel will give a variety of key perspectives, formed from personal experience, on how these crises develop, and what it feels like for all those involved.  They will also consider what the impact and implication of these incidents can be on the reputation of the NHS, both locally and nationally.
