Our staff are some of our best ambassadors.  How do we as communicators support them to feel valued and engaged when morale is low?  Can we use technology to communicate with staff more effectively?  Is there a link between highly engaged staff and patient outcomes?  This is a live issue that impacts the reputation of the NHS in a very real way.
