This session will attempt to explore the question: Who is responsible for managing the reputation of the NHS?  At a moment of significant change for the NHS, and as we face significant challenges, we will ask: What role should NHS England play? How do local NHS organisations fit and what does the move towards integrated care mean? Where are the lines of accountability, responsibility and ownership?
