Bill’s 40-year career embraces bot the public and private sectors and the academic world.  Much of Bill’s career has been spent working with tech companies but his academic research interests include communicators’ lived experience, change management and the relationship of communications and clinical outcomes.  Bill is also the course leader for the Buckinghamshire New University postgraduate health communications course for mid-career NHS communicators.
