It is a long time since members of the public were clapping for NHS staff at the height of the pandemic. With public satisfaction at a 25-year low, and following recent tax increases to fund extra investment, public scrutiny of the NHS has never been greater. The NHS Communicate 2022 conference will explore the role of communications in supporting and helping to build and sustain the profile and reputation of the NHS.
