State of NHS communications survey
At the NHS Communicate conference, we will be publishing a major report into the state of NHS communications. The report will include a benchmarking analysis of NHS communications teams. We believe this will be the first ever benchmarking analysis undertaken across all parts of the NHS communications profession. It will also provide the views of communications leaders on future trends and challenges.
The centrepiece of the report will be a survey of senior NHS communicators working in all front-line organisations spanning: Integrated Care Boards, NHS trusts and primary care organisations.
The survey will take no more than 10 minutes to complete and will be vital in providing the information we need to equip you and your fellow NHS communicators with a comprehensive benchmarking analysis that you can use to compare your teams with. The deadline for completing the survey is 6pm, Tuesday 30 January.
We ask that only one communications lead per organisation completes the survey – this is to ensure that the information provided is as accurate and consistent as possible for each organisation. The responses to the survey will be treated anonymously and no respondents or organisations will be identified.
